Report on HAMAMATSU U18 ROCK FESTIVAL “Tonosama”
On Sunday, November 30, 2025, “HAMAMATSU U18 ROCK FESTIVAL Tonosama” was held at ACT CITY Hamamatsu Exhibition and Event Hall!

From here, we will introduce what happened that day, including a look behind the scenes.
Before the live performances began, the executive committee members and performers gathered backstage in a circle to get themselves fired up.
After the doors opened, the executive committee members and performers welcomed the audience.
The event then began at 10:00 a.m., with all 12 bands performing.
Each band’s individuality shone through in their performances… The time passed in the blink of an eye.
The executive committee members had undertaken a wide range of preparations, including reviewing the application guidelines, promoting the event, and designing merchandise. On the day of the live event, they divided into roles as emcees and reception staff and worked together to bring the event together.
The executive committee’s planning meetings began in July. Although their activities lasted only about four months, everyone participated enthusiastically and actively shared their ideas.

We would also like to thank all the performers, the teachers who supported the students’ activities, and the parents and guardians for all their support!
Along with promoting popular music culture, the event provided high school students with an opportunity to become involved in its planning and operation as executive committee members, allowing them to participate in activities beyond the boundaries of their respective schools.
As we strive to create a city filled with music, we will continue moving forward together with students!
